There wont be a group session tonight on Monday Nov 7th. Terryann will also be leaving for Brazil and group will resume when she returns.

Terryann is still travelling, so there will be no group session tonight.
Energii Studio will be hosting the Nikides System this weekend. Friday October 14th is the free lecture at 7pm. The class will be held on Saturday and Sunday.
There is still some space in the class or come join us on Friday.

Terryann will be leaving to go teach in Bracknell UK and October has her traveling quite a bit during the month so stay tuned to find out when she will be here for the group sessions.
This Monday’s group will be a bit different. Terryann will be choosing one person to do a Nikides Session to remove blocks.
